Keep an eye—or both eyes, when you can spare them—on your email inbox…because we just sent out backer surveys!
📩 Surveys Are Coming! 📩
We partner with BackerKit, a third party fulfillment service, to send out surveys to all of our backers. They'll be emailing every single backer of Bloom Squad within the next 48 hours with a backer survey...and we need all of our backers to complete them!
❓ What The Heck's a Backer Survey? ❓
This is not a feedback form where you get to tell us what a great job we did (or didn't do). It's the absolutely essential tool we use to collect the information we need to fulfill your rewards! 🔨
That includes: your up-to-date contact information, preferred mailing address, final reward choices, and any other vital info we need to send you your goodies. 📦
Plus, it's where you tell us what name you'd like us to say "thanks" to in the back of Bloom Squad! 🌸
🎁 We want to make sure every last one of you gets your well-earned rewards!
So here’s the deal:
- 📅 Surveys are going out over the next 48 hours.
- ⏰ Some of you will get yours sooner than others.
- 📨 They will come from BackerKit, a third-party service we use to facilitate backer surveys.
- 🔍 Check your inbox, promotions tab, and spam folder.
- ❓If you don’t receive a survey by next Monday—please tell us!
- 📩 Your email message will contain a personalized link to your very own survey. But, if for any reason you don't get that email, you can click the link below to find it! 👇
And—bonus—we've got a handy add-ons store on BackerKit, so you can grab any extra rewards you like on your way out! 🛒

We did it! And by "we," of course, we mean all of YOU amazing backers!
We can't thank you enough for your support of this amazing project, and we can't wait to get all of your fabulous rewards out to you!
But there are a few steps along the road between the campaign ending and you reading your beautiful copy of Bloom Squad, Volume 1!

The below schedule is not set in stone, since we can never be certain of how long printing, shipping, etc. will take. But here's our best guess at what you can expect in the coming weeks and months!

9/12 - 9/21 - Kickstarter has already credit cards immediately upon the end of the campaign. If there's a problem with the card you have on file, you'll be notified and can update your info! 💳

9/22 - 9/28 - The campaign funds will land in Oneshi Press's account sometime this week. 💰

9/29 - 10/13 - As soon as the funds from Kickstarter arrive in our account, we'll do a few things:
1) Send out backer surveys! You'll have 2 weeks to complete them so we can finalize item counts and get all the info we need to send out your rewards! 📩
2) Start preparing digital rewards. 🎁
3) Plant your trees! 🌳

10/13 - 11/15 - Once surveys are in, we'll place orders with our manufacturers, then wait for everything to come to us. During this time, we'll also send out digital rewards! 📨

11/16 - 12/15 - Fulfillment time! We'll pack and ship orders directly from Oneshi Press HQ. 📦
